I do not have enough kind words to describe Alicia and the great help she has been to our family.  We had a short time to find an assisted living home for my 94 year old mother.  I had been looking on my own for a week when I was given Alicia’s number.  I contacted her and the next day she had the perfect place lined up for my mom.  She has been so helpful and lifted a great burden from my shoulders.  I cannot thank her enough.

When we were faced with finding a memory care for our mother, I made a few calls on my own…with no luck.  I was then given Alicia’s number by a social worker.  From the moment I spoke with Alicia, I knew she had more knowledge about senior care facilities than anyone I had talked with so far.  I explained our situation and she had wonderful suggestions and knew just where we should start.  Alicia toured a couple memory care units with us and we found a facility we all fell in love with.  Today, our mother is safe and sound in a beautiful, little apartment.  Without the help of Alicia, I don’t know where we’d be.  Alicia had a sincere desire to help our family and the tenacity to not give up on us through all of the “hiccups” during this transition.  She is a treasure in the senior care industry.

I have worked with Alicia at Senior Care Solutions for over a year and am consistently impressed by the services she provides for our patients.
